About us
Ed Davey Mortgage Services Ltd are mortgage brokers based in Hampshire. Between Ed Davey, his fellow advisor Leah Taylor and the rest of the team, the company covers all of the UK and offers a wide variety of mortgages. Leah has been part of the team since the early days of the business, and has been instrumental in the success of the company and its satisfied clients.
Ed founded the company in 2018 having worked in the mortgage industry since 2007. Prior to that, Ed worked as an estate agent, leaving him with a thorough understanding of the whole house moving process, as well as property investment. Leah has been working in the industry since 2012, having worked with Ed in a previous employment.
The team cover; first-time buyers, re-mortgages, home moves and buy to let mortgages. Ed and Leah also specialise in Contractor mortgages, assisting people on day rate contracts secure mortgages without any need to prove income from Accounts or Tax Calculations (SA302s). They both gained this knowledge working for Contractor Financials (and later when they were taken over by Mortgages Made Easy) and following this, Ed worked with Super Contractors in their London office.
